A comfortable town pad with a lovely river view.

Newly decorated 1 bedroomed apartment a few minutes from Peebles town centre and from beautiful river walks. Peebles is a bustling town, nestled in the Border hills with the river Tweed flowing through its centre.

Facilities include 2 TV's, large fridge freezer, large shower, bluetooth mirror, tea, coffee with well stocked cupboards and well equipped kitchen. Milk in fridge.

Relax and enjoy the local area, enjoy local homebaking and good cooking in the great cafes and restaurants, visit art galleries, great shops, theatre and local tourist attractions.

Bicycle lock up area for cyclists.

Regular bus service into Edinburgh to visit the wonderful Scottish capital city.

A minutes walk from local swimming pool.

Back garden area for relaxing with a coffee or a meal.

For the duration for your stay there will be a pet fee of 10 GBP .Please notify owner when making an enquiry or booking regarding bringing a pet so that the pet fee can be added to the quote or booking request.

The accommodation includes 1 double bed in the bedroom.

For a third extra guest a comfortable floor mattress with bedding and towels can be provided at an extra charge of £20.00

Getting around

The main bus stop is outside Peebles post office where the Edinburgh/Galashiels bus service stops twice an hour. The X62. It takes an hour to get into Edinburgh city centre. Edinburgh city centre is about 27 miles away

“Excellent apartment in Peebles”

The apartment exceeded expectations! Both stylish and very well planned to maximise the available space. Literally a 2 minute walk into the town centre and lovely view onto the river with walks alongside it. Lots of lovely touches inside to make you feel welcome.

“Great Flat, Great Location”

Host Julie was very accommodating. Flat was very clean and well appointed, and was stocked with the basics in kitchen etc. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Scotland, and especially Peebles.

“Wonderful stay”

As a dog owner this was one of the best short holidays we’ve had. The apartment is ideally located in central Peebles with beautiful dinning views over the river Tweed. Peebles offers numerous places for walking dogs with spectacular countryside views. The apartment itself is decorated and furnished to a high standard with absolutely everything you can think of! Can’t recommend both Peebles and this apartment enough. The owner Julie was lovely to deal with as well. Looking forward to our next stay already.

“River flows”

This is by far the most beautiful little flat we have had the utmost pleasure to stay in. Everything was high end , furniture and fittings, fully stocked in every room , a great big tv with everything to hand, even a Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom, I could play my Bruce Springsteen from my mobile as I showered . Literally 2 mins from eateries , little quaint shops an hills as far as the eye cood c an totally dog friendly. We sat at the table at the window an watched the river flow an folk walking their dogs . The crown hotel has beautiful food, ie dinner , their steak pie is excellent, the county inn is brill for lunches an a beer , the bridge inn has a roaring log fire an so cozy with a wee wine or 2. There’s a sainsbury down a wee side street beside a Wetherspoons too. Julie couldn’t have dun anymore for her guests 10 out of 10 Julie WE WILL B RETURNING

“Excellent dog friendly flat in a perfect location.”

Flat was in the perfect location, overlooking the river, with great areas to take long walks with our dog. Only 5 minutes walk to Peebles high street where many shops, cafes and restaurants are dog friendly. Will definitely return to this flat on our next visit to Peebles.

“Excellent apartment!!!”

An excellent apartment in a great location. A few minutes walk to all the shops and restaurants with a lovely riverside view and close to lots of lovely walks. Apartment was very modern and has everything you need for your stay and the owner even added a few extra surprises for our arrival! Would definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to Peebles.

I would highly recommended its a fantastic flat. With more than you need. Home from home. And sitting eating at the window with such a beautiful view. We will definitely be be back . lovely wee village. Julie the owner is fantastic. 5 stars.
