Located on the BEACH at the ESJ Towers just 5 minutes from the Intern'l Airport and next door to two Resort Hotels the Royal Sonesta San Juan Hotel and the Fairmont Resort Hotel & Casino. Amenities include a gym and a Lobby Bar. Within a short walk to Pizza Hut, Church's Chicken, Burger King, Subway, Ponderosa, KFC, Dominos Pizza, Taco Bell, Wendy's, Walgreens, Fresh Food Supermarket, Chinese Restaurant, and Mi Casita Restaurant serving favorite Puerto Rican delights. Great for a refreshing vacation in tropical, sunny Puerto Rico. Comfortable for two NONSMOKING persons. The ocean view is the BEST in the San Juan area with an absolutely beautiful view.

The ESJ has been going through some remodeling the past couple of months and it is looking superb! The pool has new tiles which are a hit and the halls will also have tiles instead of rugs.
