Sugar Beach Resort sits steps away from the Pacific Ocean in North Kihei and a 5-mile white sandy beach that fronts the property. Guest enjoy taking morning and sunset beach walks while enjoying the panoramic view of Pacific Ocean.

And, if you happen to stay during the peak season - January to March where Humpback whales visit the Hawaiian waters each year you will be able to catch a glimpse of Hawaii's Humpback whales from our Lanai.

Sugar Beach is centrally located, minutes away from Lahaina, Kapalua, downtown Kihei, Wailea, north shore/Paia and some of Maui's famous beaches, renowned golf courses and Maalea Harbor where the Maui Ocean Aquarium is.

The resort comprises of two six story building with elevators on each building. It has a large pool area with Jacuzzi and children's wading pool, oceanfront gas BBQ, sandwich shop/bar, massage place, and free on-site open parking and one covered parking located in the Mills Building. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with putting green and a Koi pond.

Our renovated condo is aesthetically furnished! Featuring central air conditioning, in-unit washer/dryer, safe, free WiFi, free long distance phone calls between US and Canada, and hardwood floor throughout the unit. It's beautifully decorated with premium furnishings, including a DVD player, 2 Flat Screen TV with cable -- 55” living room and a 46" in the bedroom. The unit is also equipped with a WiFi booster.

Our gourmet kitchen is fully stacked and is ready for any chefs who love to cook. It is equipped with Stainless Steel appliances. Cherry colored cabinets, granite counter and stylish island a beautiful bar style dining table that sits four.

Our one-bedroom ocean view condo has a Queen size bed with luxury linens, duvet covers, towels and a futon sleeper in the living room. Mirror glass sliding closet doors.

The private lanai looks out over the ocean where you can see Molokini crater and Kahoolawe island (the only uninhabited island in Hawaii) as well as the central promenade/pool area. On a clear day, you will be able to see the observatory on top of Haleakala mountain.

SB201 as we call our condo is our second home away from home and it is our getaway place and a place to re-energize and rekindle life when it gets too much!
