An upmarket, exclusive, detached villa situated on a 2000sq.m plot, approximately 270m above sea level with 180 degrees unobstructed sea views- looking east towards Georgioupoli and Rethymno and west towards the Drapanos peninsula. The villa sleeps 8-10 guests and consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large open plan kitchen, dining room and living room. An ample swimming pool adorns the land and is situated on the cliff edge.
