Welcome to Mahina Surf, a low-rise condominium complex with a heated ocean front swimming pool situated on two acres of beautiful lush tropical gardens. We are located minutes from fabulous beaches, restaurants and shops. Mahina Surf 222 is a beautifully updated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ocean front condominium with fabulous ocean views from your private lanai. The spectacular views and the magnificent sunsets make you feel you are truly in paradise! Lahaina, Ka'anapali, Napili and Kapalua are a short distance away for your shopping, golfing and dining pleasure.
Turtle viewing is a special treat at Mahina Surf, as these large turtles make their home in the ocean and on the rocks in front of the complex. You can watch them feeding, swimming, resting and sunbathing or go ahead and join them for a swim and snorkel!!
Unit 222 has been upgraded and offers tile and wood floors, tropical furniture, comfortable new mattresses, a full size kitchen with granite counters and plenty of cupboard space, living room with ocean views, dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large lanai with a table and four chairs along with a deck box to store all the beach gear. The unit is light and bright with high ceilings and is fully-equipped to meet your every need. The upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed, large dresser with mirror, nightstand, IPOD docking station and 42” flatscreen TV with DVD player. The downstairs bedroom has two twin beds (which can be converted to king bed), dresser with mirror, nightstand and a large closet with combination safe. In the living area, there is a queen sofa bed, comfortable recliner, 42” flat screen TV with DVD player, IPOD docking station, phone with free US and Canada calling, dining table with four chairs and a bookcase with a collection of DVD's. There is also a desk with file cabinet for your laptop and files along with free WiFi.
The upstairs bathroom is quite large with a walk-in shower. The downstairs bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Both bathrooms have medicine cabinets, shelving and shower caddies so there’s plenty of room to unpack your toiletries and make it like home. There are plenty of hangers in both bedrooms including pant and skirt hangers along with ironing board and iron. Ceiling fans are in both bedrooms and the living room. The kitchen features a variety of cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, glassware, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and blender. Everything is provided to make this your home away from home. There are beach chairs, beach umbrella and noodles for your use.
Unit 222 is an upstairs unit with a private entrance located away from the parking area and the street, so the only sounds that you will hear are those of the ocean. Being in the upstairs unit gives you complete privacy from outside of both bedrooms and you can keep the windows open all day and enjoy the view of the tropical plants. It is a 5 minute walk to the sandy beach at Kahana.
Mahina Surf is close to Kapalua and Ka'anapali with golfing, gorgeous beaches, snorkeling, surfing, restaurants and shopping. Whaler’s Village, which has shopping and restaurants and a beautiful beach walk, is 3 miles south. It's a short drive to historic Lahaina town with it's beaches, art galleries, shops and restaurants. There are also restaurants within walking distance and a bus stop close to the complex.
