IMAGINE YOURSELF in Unit 123, with breathtaking ocean views, incredible sunsets, swaying palms, sounds of the surf, luscious landscaping, turtles & whales to watch, plus a beautiful interior. Quote from recent guests: “WOW, you make leaving VERY difficult”. The comment has been made by many that we have the best unit in the complex. We have often been asked why our unit is larger than the others – and it is not – however, the light colors, decorating & lighting give it a more spacious appearance.
COOL TRADE WINDS from LR to BR, are due to the position of our home on the property, and we never have the hot sun shining through windows. (Some owners and guests have visited us in the late afternoon to get away from the heat in their units.)
Our home includes REMODELED KITCHEN AND BATH. (Some owners liked some of our ideas so much that they used them in their own remodels – the highest form of compliment.) The rooms are freshly painted with new drapes, & include ceiling fans in EVERY room, tile floors throughout. We have thought of ALL your needs and wishes, & are constantly upgrading.
