Not a peek-a-boo view, not an "ocean view" over the roof of other properties. We have a GORGEOUS, SPECTACULAR, DIRECT, UNOBSTRUCTED OCEAN & SUNSET VIEW! Our unit is one of the handful located in the very front of the complex of 316 units. It is in most desirable ocean view 'H' cluster looking directly west into the ocean, it is closet to the popular golden sandy Kamaole III beach (~200 feet away). From the comfort of your own private lanai/patio, you will enjoy the amazing nightly sunset, spotting breaching whales in season and enjoy your coffee while watching the paddleboards passing by...

In July 2014, we finished a complete high-end remodel including new kitchen and 2 new bathrooms with granite counters & cherry cabinets, new tile bath showers, all new stainless steel appliances, new washer/dryer, new hot water heater, crown molding, new light fixtures, new fans, new faucets, new interior doors and painting and much more. In 2012, we put in new tile flooring through out, all new furniture, brand new heavenly California King bed. Our condo is in very nice condition with amazing ocean and sunset view.

Our condo is not just a rental property, we enjoy staying here several time a year ourselves. We have provided everything we appreciate at our own home so you will have a fantastic relaxing vacation. The following amenities are free of charge for our guests:

Maui Kamaole is Kihei's newest first-class condominium resort property with 34 building clusters totaling 316 units. The buildings are low-rise, low-density, it offers peaceful privacy in a beautifully landscaped setting of tropical flowers, plants and palms. It is ranked one of the top three condo complexes rated next to Grand Wailea Hotel , but with a fraction of room cost in Grand Wailea which averages ~$1000 per night. It is located in South Kihei, right on the border of Wailea's beautiful resorts (Four Seasons, Grand Wailea), world class shopping (Tiffany’s, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Coach etc.), restaurants (Ruth Chris, Sarrento, Spago, Cuatro, Coconut’s Fish Café, Sansei Sushi, etc), Championship golf, and best beaches in Maui. Kamaole III beach is across the street, it is ideal for swimming, snorkeling and boogie boarding, there is also a very large grassy lawn and big trees to provide shade for picnicking and hanging out.

South Maui has the best weather in all of Maui. Climate is warm and sunny year around with clam ocean in the morning, lighter trade winds in the afternoon and very little rainfall compared to other areas of maui. The high temperature will average 80F in the winter and 86F in the summer with clear blue skies all year around. South Maui has better reefs, numerous great beaches that are less crowded and beach access don't get filled up often.

We have a lockbox at the front door, guests can check themselves in any time after 3pm on the date of arrival. On the date of your departure, simply lock the door and head out. Super easy! “Great place”

It had everything you needed and a great location. I will try to get her place again. We have been coming to Maui for over 10 years and this is my favorite place.
