Description

Aloha and welcome to the KOA Resort in beautiful Kihei, HI. Come and relax in paradise as you enjoy our custom remodeled 3 bedroom condo. Unwind in almost 1200 sq ft. Plenty of space for everyone. Our unit is right next to the parking lot, so its very easy access for those not wanting to haul lots of luggage around.

Our upstairs master has a queen sized bed and it own ensuite bathroom. There is a tv upstairs also, with a two closets. The downstairs master has a queen size bed and its own tv also. The third bedroom has two twin size beds and a tv. You can opt to convert the two twins to a king upon request. There is a beautifully remodeled bathroom downstairs in between the two bedrooms. There is also a washer/dryer in the downstairs closet, to wash all those wet beach items. Take in the garden views from the wall of windows in the living room out to the lanai, or sit out on the lanai and enjoy the wonderful Maui weather.

Our kitchen is fully stocked an ready for you to prepare meals for your family. The living room and dining room are open to the kitchen so everyone can enjoy each other. There is a new queen sized sleeper sofa with an upgraded memory foam mattress. Relax here after a day in the sun and watch a movie or just sit on the lanai and enjoy the weather!

We have purchased new furniture and bedding as of August 2017. Be the first to enjoy all the new things!

The KOA Resort is a beautiful property with a pool and hot tub, shuffleboard, tennis courts and a BBQ area. The grounds are lush and very well maintained. There is beach access directly across the street, within walking distance. Located in central Kihei, the condo is close to lots of wonderful beaches, as well as restaurants and shopping.

“Comfortable for family vacation. Pool great for granddaughter. Beach close walk.”

The condo was comfortable for our family vacation including 2 year old granddaughter. Quiet location most of the time. Convenient to beach - great sunsets every night. Staff quickly responded to replace leaking coffee pot; if you cook a good deal from scratch, the kitchen equipment might not have everything you want. We were able to make most meals easily.
