Ultimate Luxury Living! This architecturally designed steading conversion is a truly romantic rural retreat. The home has breathtaking countryside views and a huge amount of space for a couple to privately relax.

The open plan master suite overlooks a private spa with underfloor heating, sauna, freestanding stone double bath, double shower, and private outdoor hot tub - its ultimate luxury!

There are two private toilets and a kitchen with coffee maker, tea, coffee and everything you'd expect in a kitchen. Classically furnished with industrial design twists there are endless special touches.

Cosy by the log burner with complimentary logs so there are plenty. Make use of the black out curtains, mood lighting, two SMART tv's, a bluetooth music system, WIFI, 4G, a private courtyard, private parking, and sun trap garden.

The Arches at Lindores has two secrets that will make your stay unique. A local chef can supply a restaurant standard 3 course meal which will be in the fridge for your arrival - the meal is delicious and only £55 for 2 people. Lindores is home to 'The Hide' a cosy off grid BBQ cabin that guests can hire during their stay for lunches. Awarded Best Self Catering Accommodation Experience 2023 at VisitScotland Regional ThistleAwards we recommend checking it out as part of your stay to ensure you have the most memorable and unique escape ever.

Should you need anything there are shops within a short 1 mile drive. There is a Co-op shop, pub, post office, bakery, butcher and brand new Lindores Abbey Distillery in the lovely village of Newburgh. St Andrews, Perth, Dundee and Edinburgh are 30-60 minutes away and there are endless cultural, sporting, romantic and fun activities to undertake for wet or sunny days.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Anna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
