Description
Sunset Paradise Villas is made up of 8 separate units in four buildings - 1 unit per floor. It is comprised of: 1 - 1 bedroom villa; 2 - 2 bedroom villas; 2 - 3 bedroom villas; 1 - 4 bedroom villa; and 2- 5 bedroom villas.
These are great when having a family reunion, a small wedding, a yoga retreat, corporate retreat or a group of families who like to travel together but have their own separate spaces but are not in a resort. It is not necessary to rent all units to have an event. Look at individual listings to determine which units work the best for you to host your special event.
Wanting to host an event but only need a portion of the units, you select the units you want and book just those units.
Each unit has an oceanfront patio space, full kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, fully stocked kitchens- you simply bring your food to prepare and comfortable living spaces w/ flat screen tvs and wi-fi in all units. Each unit is different making the property one of a kind.
On the roof of villa 2 and villa 3 is the pool and lounge area- where there is a small pool with various areas to sit and lounge along with a full bathroom and 2 shaded area. There is also an open space with a built in bar perfect for the event you want to host. The open space is also great for yoga retreats and is flexible event space or just for lounging.

“Mom’s 70th birthday”
My mom loved the Villa where she stayed. The staff was very nice and friendly. All the Villas was nice and clean. The location was perfect. My whole family loved all the Villas.
