Holiday Home Casa nel Bosco (House in the Woods) is located above Forte dei Marmi in the Versilia area.
The town is called Strettoia.
This house placed inside a small forest and offers its guests a wonderful relaxing holiday.
At 100 Meters from the House (not in the Property) you can enjoy a nice Sea View.
To reach this holiday home in Versilia you need to drive a 1Km hilly road.
Once at the entrance gate (motorized) you'll enjoy the view on the property and on the surrounding hills.
From the gate a 50 meter downhill road brings you to the Villa.
You'll have at your disposal a 5000sqm area all for yourself where you can play with your child or your dogs. The property is partially fenced.
This house has two terraces: one on the ground floor with sunbeds, dining table, umbrella and barbecue. The other one is on the first floor facing the hills with a table and chairs.
You have 3 Parking possibilities inside the garden.

Holiday Home Casa nel Bosco is built on two floors with 4 Bedrooms, 2 Kitchen, 2 Living Rooms and 2 Bathrooms.
The main entrance is onto the first floor and brings you into the first living room with SAT TV, sofa, working fireplace (please request wood during reservation) and a spiral staircase leading to the ground floor.
Then on the same floor the first kitchen with dining table, dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, coffeemaker.
Continues with a small bedroom with double sofabed, one double bedroom with view on the garden and a balcony, another double bedroom with door onto a large terrace looking on the hills and connected with the living room and the entrance.
One bathroom on this floor with toilet, bidet, sink and bath tub with shower.
The ground floor is reached by a spiral staircase from the upper living room or from the doors of the ground floor terrace.
Here you find a large, warm and well feeling open space with a dining area for 8 People, a living area with a sofa and armchairs, TV and fireplace, and the second Kitchen with all necessary ameneties needed. From here, 2 doors leads to the front terrace and the garden.
Closed by two doors is a double bedroom and a nice bathroom with a large shower.
The whole House is covered by internet WIFI, one TV has satellite and Pets are allowed.
