This is a semi-detached house based in the village of Walkerburn in the Scottish borders, it can sleep seven people in three bedrooms.East Lodge is a semi-detached house set in the village of Walkerburn in the Scottish Borders. It has three bedrooms including a king size, a family room with a double and a single and a zip link twin room, all with en-suite facilities and there is a cloakroom, the cottage can sleep seven people. Also inside you can find a kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a conservatory, To the outside there is ample off road parking and a front courtyard with a picnic bench. East Lodge is a stunning cottage in a great rural location.

Amenities: Central heating, wood burning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, WiFi and TV. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Front courtyard with a picnic bench. Off road parking for 3 cars. A maximum of two well-behaved pets welcome. Shop and pub 3 miles.

Region: From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britains best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.

Town: A village in the Scottish Borders area. It is a base for a relaxing break with its remote location. Walkerburn is flanked by the River Tweed and boasts a shop, pub and a coffee shop. It is an incredibly historic village, it was involved in both World Wars, producing tartan and flannel for the army whilst the younger men went to battle. Visit Peebles and Galahiels, both are short drives away with shops, restaurants and pubs to choose from. Further afield is Edinburgh, it provides beautiful buildings, great shopping opportunities and many things to do.
