Escape to Chilkoot Haven (formerly the Chilkoot River Lodge) located in the midst of the natural beauty and amazing wildlife of world famous Chilkoot River. Grizzly bear viewing out your front window, salmon fishing steps away from your door. Eagles, seals, sea lions. With the rainforest as its backdrop, Chilkoot Haven has it all.

Choose one of the three comfortably appointed rooms. Each has two queen beds, private bath, and mini-kitchenette with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Guests share the BBQ grill in the gazebo as they compare notes and trade fishing stories.

Absolutely fabulous location...river..fish...bears & great lodging...small and friendly! Sit on front porch and watch bears in the river with an amazing backdrop view. You do not want to leave!!

“Grizzly Photo Op”

The best location for viewing grizzlies in the wild and during the salmon run. Accomodations are excellent! Have already booked for 2020!

Im homesick for chilkoot haven. Fishing on our doorstep was amazing. Plus watching the mumma bear feed her 3 cubs was very special

An Amazing location, Good spot to just sit and enjoy the view. Walks down a quiet road. Enjoyed a campfire down beside the river on the summer solstice. Very friendly welcome and reception.
