This home is situated next to an abundance of memorable group activities including vineyards, famous vodka distilleries, craft beer breweries, the famous Stunt Ranch, paintball, shooting ranges, restaurants, shopping and more! STEPPING ROCK can serve as your destination or just a place to rest your heads at night. This home provides a wonderful retreat allowing your group to enjoy time together.

THE SPACE

STEPPING ROCK was custom designed to comfortably accommodate large groups, sleeping up to 24 guests in 18 beds. This 7 bedroom, 6.5 bath, 4,500 square foot home features a heated swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor fireplace, outdoor big screen TV, cook station with BBQ grill, fire pit, competition-style corn hole game alley, spike ball, ladder ball, covered outdoor patio, a pool shower, outdoor restroom, and so much more! Featuring Modern Farm House architecture and design, the house features a luxurious open floor plan, making the home perfect for entertaining and relaxing with a large group of friends, family or business retreat. The comfortable living room with the fireplace invites everyone to the center of the house, while the wall of glass French doors opens the space up to great views of the pool and hill country. Guests will enjoy the indoor restaurant style bar with 4 bar stools where all can practice the latest in mixology! The well-equipped gourmet kitchen is made for entertaining and offers commercial-grade Thermador stainless appliances, a long serving island with 10 additional bar stools, a dining table with seating for 16, in addition to an outdoor dining table with seating for 16 people.

The home features high-end furnishings and luxury linens selected by an award-winning interior designer, with only comfort and luxury in mind. At NEST properties, you will not find locked closets, personal items in the bedrooms or homeowner's pictures on the walls—rest assured this is a full-time rental designed with only the most discerning short-term guests in mind.
