This detached cottage is located in the village of Thornhill near Dumfries and can sleep two people in one bedroom.Troloss Lodge is a detached cottage situated in the village of Thornhill in Dumfries and Galloway. Hosting one double bedroom, and a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to two people. Inside you will also find an open plan sitting, kitchen and dining area with a breakfast bar. To the outside is off road parking on shared drivewayand an enclosed garden with patio and furniture. Located in a scenic area and close to places of interest, Troloss Lodge is a wonderful retreat in a relaxing part of Scotland.
Amenities: Underfloor oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Off road parking on shared driveway. Enclosed garden with patio and furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 6 mins walk. Note: Will accept children under 5 years of age.
Region: From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britains best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.
Town: The village of Thornhill is surrounded by scenery and the low hills of Carsphairn and Lowther. There are plenty of opportunities to walk and cycle the ancient hills and Thornhills location makes an ideal place for a day trip to the seaside at Ayr or a days shopping and sightseeing in cosmopolitan Glasgow. There is much to admire in this memorable part of Scotland, with a wide variety of attractions to suit all guests.
