A terraced stone cottage in the Scottish village of Chirnside, sleeping two people in one bedroom.Angus Cottage is a mid-terrace cottage set in the Scottish Borders village of Chirnside. It comes with one twin zip/link bedroom and a shower room, the cottage can sleep two people. Also inside you will find an open-plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. To the outside there is off road parking for two cars and a shared lawn area opposite the property. Angus Cottage is a beautiful and romantic cottage in a fabulous location surrounded by countryside and within reach of coastline, charming towns and the city of Edinburgh.
Amenities: Electric heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared lawn opposite property. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 8 minute walk, pub 3 minute walk.
Region: From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain's best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.
Town: Chirnside, in an elevated position, overlooks the Whiteadder Water and the Cheviot and Lammermuir Hills. The village's history is portrayed by a 16th century dovecot and a parish church believed to be from the 1100s. Close by is Berwick, boasting narrow streets within Elizabethan walls, shopping and dining facilities and an arts centre. The local area offers fishing, golf, walking and riding opportunities and nearby Eyemouth, Coldingham and Spittal have beaches.
