Phoenix V 202 is an ideal place for your next vacation. This property is great for a couple’s getaway or a small family getaway.

This one-bedroom and one bathroom condo has a king in the master bedroom, a twin sleeper chair, and a sleeper sofa so there is plenty of space for a group of 5. This condo is actually on the third level and has a charming view of the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the gorgeous sugar-white sand.

With beautiful amenities onsite you can enjoy a lazy day sunbathing by the pool or right on the sand and wind down with a dip in the hot tub. You will also find a fitness center, kids playground, bbq area, and more!

When you are ready to explore Orange Beach you will find you are minutes away from top restaurants, great beach shopping, deep sea fishing, watersports, and kid friendly attractions like arcades, miniature golf, and amusement parks. It is just a short drive to Pensacola for museums like Pensacola Naval Museum and other sight-seeing adventures.

• Parking passes are $55 per car with a 2-car MAX limit. Passes can be purchased on-site at the Front Desk.

• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”

• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old

• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.

• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.

• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.

• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.

• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.

• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age or older to make a reservation.

• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.

• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
