Casale Valentina is a beautiful property in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, in the hills surrounding the beautiful Etruscan town of Cortona, close to all services but at the same time situated in a quiet and elevated position where you can enjoy unparalleled views of the valley and on the town of Cortona.
The farmhouse of about 600sqm is divided into a main building, inhabited by the owners, who are available for any information and needs and two independent apartments finely restored with quality materials and furnished with taste. The whole property is fenced and is equipped with private parking and automatic gate in order to guarantee guests privacy and security. The garden is large and well cared for with many flowers and plants. During your stay you will have the swimming pool at your disposal (12x6 mt, maximum height 3 mt, minimum height 1,20 mt, open from 01 May to 30 September) with attached Jacuzzi, equipped with parasols, sun beds and deckchairs, from which you can enjoy a spectacular view on the town of Cortona. Each apartment has a private outdoor area equipped with table and chairs, while in the garden you can enjoy a gazebo with wrought iron tables and chairs surrounded by olive trees, complete with a barbecue and wood-burning oven.
Casale Valentina lies in an extremely convenient position ideal for visiting the most beautiful cities of Tuscany and Umbria on fun daily trips.

APARTMENT VALENTINO
Apartment Valentino (65 sqm) is nestled in the garden surrounding the Casale, it develops on one level only and can accommodate up to 2 people. It has been recently restructured according to the great Tuscan tradition with characteristic ceilings with exposed wooden beams and terracotta floors. It disposes of a kitchen with dining area with wrought iron table and chairs and fully equipped in order for you to prepare your favorite dishes to enjoy outdoors either in the private outdoor space located in front of the apartment or under the common gazebo with barbecue and wood-burning oven.
The double bedroom is large and spacious and decorated with antique furniture of local origin with an artisan wrought iron king size bed. Two comfortable armchairs complete the area and the possibility to exit directly to the garden thanks to a French door. The bathroom is complete with shower.
The pool for common use is just a few meters from the apartment. Complete with free WI FI and satellite TV.
