The outstanding view of the Cretan Sea and the contemporary design of Villa Seafront located in Falassarna gives you a feeling of bliss and pleasure. A hidden paradise at a small distance from the famous beach of Falassarna. It is the ideal place for your holidays combining the tranquillity of nature and the view of the blue sea. Indoor facilities

Villa Seafront, built on one floor, is close to perfection and comfort. The interior decoration and furnishing are combined with modern stone creating an elegant and cosy atmosphere. Upon entering the villa an open-plan space welcomes you with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a dining area. Large windows allow plenty of sunlight to get into. There are also two bedrooms and two ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom has a double size bed while the other bedroom has a twin-size bed which can be joined into a double bed with an ensuite bathroom. Individual air conditioning units are provided.

Outdoor facilities

The outdoor area is designed to offer relaxing moments during the day and night. A pergola offers shade on the outdoor terrace of the house where you will find a BBQ area with a dining table. An outdoor sofa is an ideal place to enjoy the infinite sea view. The house is just a few steps away from the sea. You can relax on the outdoor veranda and gazes at the amazing sunsets and listen to the sounds of the sea.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 1.5€ per night from March to October and 0.5€ per night from November to February. This fee will be paid via cash upon arrival.
