"Seaside Delight” is a lovely Sandbridge Dunes condominium, tastefully furnished and appointed for your family to enjoy. Located on the first level up from the courtyard and pool area, it is an easy access for you and kids! The north facing patio from the master and living area offer a bit of an ocean view and quiet mornings enjoying coffee and ocean breezes. Sandbridge Dunes condominium has elevator access from ground level to every floor, and a community pool with a kids wading area.
One Level: Great Room with LCD TV, Balcony Access, Kitchen with Bar seats 2, Granite and Stainless Steel appliances, Dining Table seats 8, Hall Bathroom, King Master Bedroom with LCD TV, Whirlpool, Shower, and Balcony Access; Queen Bedroom with LCD TV; Bedroom with 2 Bunk Beds and LCD TV.

The community pool opens May 1 and closes October 1. The opening and closing dates for the pool are subject to change based upon mitigating circumstances such as weather. The pool will not open before May 1st and may close before October 1, but if the fall weather is suitable, the pool may stay open as late as mid-October. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 24, 2024 and September 1, 2024, and May 23, 2025 and August 31, 2025.
The Board of Directors of the Sandbridge Dunes Condo Association has prohibited EV parking under garage spaces. There is no EV charging onsite. Also prohibited are all lithium-ion battery devices (e-scooters, e-bikes, e-hoverboards, segways, etc.). All such lithium-ion powered items are prohibited from parking/storing under, in, near, or adjacent to The Dunes building. Unassigned parking spaces outside the garage area are available. Off-street parking is also available on Marlin Lane.
All Sandbridge Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
