Description

Casa Valentina is a 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom house, with a large living room, kitchen and balcony.

There is a beautiful rooftop deck where you can eat, drink, take some sun, exercise or relax with old and new friends.

One bedroom has a king size bed, closet, air conditioning, ceiling fan, blackout curtains and security box. The second bedroom has 2 bunk beds (4 total individual beds), a full bathroom attached, a TV with cable and a closet. There is one hair dryer and one iron and iron board for the house.

The living room has 2 sofa beds (a little smaller than a queen size). The house can sleep up to 8 people (extra charge after 6 people). The living and dining room are very large, with a big work/dining table. The house has fast wifi, and a great work table with electrical outlets. This table doubles as the dining room table.

The kitchen is located outside, but is covered with a roof, not allowing any rain or bad weather to enter. There is a gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The kitchen is also stocked with plates, cookware and other items needed to make a dinner for your group.

House Rules:

- Please treat the unit as if it were your own. Be thoughtful and respectful of other guests in the complex. Quite time is between 10pm - 9am.

-No Smoking inside the condo. Only in the common spaces, please use ashtrays provided. $100 USD charge for eliminating smoke odor.

-Please do not leave the air conditioning on if you are not in the unit, electricity is very expensive. Keeping curtains closed while out, will help keep the unit cool.

- Valentina Suites is not a hotel, but an apartment building. The price does not include cleaning during your stay, changing of towels or sheets or any other additional services. These services are offered at an additional cost. Please request 24 hours in advance if you would like extra service.

Cleaning: $10 USD | Change Sheets and Towels: $5 USD

- If you have two people and need sheets for the sofa bed, please tell us in advance that someone will be sleeping on the sofa and we will leave the extra items.

- The first big jug of water is free, the following are 50 pesos, please request 24 hours in advance. We provide 3 rolls of toilet paper, you are responsible to purchase paper after that. There are no cleaning supplies in the unit, only a broom and dustpan.

- Lost beach towels cost $20 USD and bath towels $15 USD
