PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Wake up to spectacular views of Eagle Beach in the Serenity by the Sea Three-bedroom condo; a luxurious vacation rental accommodation located at the LeVent Beach Resort Aruba, the newest vacation rental resort on the island of Aruba! Featuring a balcony stretching across the living room and master bedroom with tropical views of the resort's luscious landscaping and the award-winning Eagle Beach, just a few steps away. The balcony is complete with comfortable furniture to enjoy the Aruban weather any time of day and spectacular sunsets.
The spacious, open plan living area comes with a fully-equipped kitchen and a large center island with 4-barstools. The living area boasts a 5-seat corner sectional sofa, an armchair, a chair with an ottoman, a 55" Smart TV (Netflix enabled), a 6-seat dining table and access to the balcony with stunning views. The corridor lends access to a half-bathroom and laundry room with a washer and dryer. The blue and green decorations against the neutral modern furnishings in the living area are a seamless reflection of the sea and sands that await outside.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a 32" TV, a walk-in closet, an armchair and access to the balcony with stunning views. The master bedroom has a modern en-suite bathroom with a 2-sink vanity, a glass-enclosed shower and toilet, and a free-standing bathtub to soak and unwind during your stay. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, a built-in closet and a full modern en-suite bathroom. And the third bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, a built-in closet and a full modern en-suite bathroom.
This unit provides you with 2,120 square feet of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited high speed WiFi (LeVent Aruba is the first resort on the island to have high speed fiber optic cabling), cable TV and four flat screen TV's (in the living room and each bedroom). This unit is located on the left corridor off the elevators on the third floor. Sleeps 6 guest in 3 beds.
PLATINUM SERVICES & AMENITIES
Exclusive services and amenities are provided by the owner of this property to enrich your experience during your stay. These are a daily refresh of the bathroom towels, daily trash removal, and daily make-up of the beds. As a welcome amenity, each shower includes shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel from our local Aruba Aloe, made with Aloe Vera Gel from Aruba.
THE RESORT
LeVent Beach Resort Aruba offers a swimming pool, a separate large hot tub, a shallow pool area for the kids, and several sunny or shaded lounge areas to enjoy the tranquility of the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Other resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills with an ice machine, and a rooftop to enjoy Aruba's sunsets. On-site there is a spa: Blue Waters Day Spa. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all of our Prestige guests upon check-in, and they can be exchanged once per day for no additional cost at our Prestige LeVent special desk in the lobby. Additionally, each of the LeVent rental properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.

LeVent Aruba is located just a few steps away from the world-famous Eagle Beach, well-known for its 50-yards wide pristine soft white sand, turquoise waters, and breath-taking sunsets. Within about 1 mile from this resort, there are several water sports companies, beach bars, great restaurants, spas, casinos, a gas station, coffeehouses, a movie theater with a food court (The Movies IMAX Gloria), a supermarket (Super Food Plaza), the Hospital, a pharmacy, a golf course, and Beach Tennis Aruba. We are very sorry to hear that several things throughout your stay did not meet your expectations. Please note that your concerns have been passed on to our team management. This condo will be provided with beach chairs, we are pending to purchase the better quality Tommy Bahama' as soon as we can find them on the island once more. There is indeed no restaurant on-site but several good options walking distance. Our vacation rental condos do not include a daily service maid, but we can defiantly arrange this upon your request and additional costs. Also, the condos are not included a bike but you are able to rent this just down the street. We do have a concierge service for all our guests, we regret to hear you did not make use of this, as we did send you all the information prior to your arrival. We are glad to hear that overall your experience was positive and that you liked the condo and the location to the beach! We hope to welcome you back soon for your next Aruba vacation.
