Description

Home away from Home. Our condo can sleep 8. Our condo has a full kitchen, dinning area, family room (pull out couch), master bedroom with bathroom, second bedroom that can sleep 4 and common bathroom. We are on the top floor, large deck with a jacuzzi. Daily maid service 6 days a week.

This is a gated community and very safe. Grocery shopping in town, outside across highway or even in Playa Del Carmen. Can take bus, taxi or rent a car.

Can buy a pass at the Omni Hotel, a block away and use their pool and services with 25% discount or we have two pools and a kiddie pool in our complex.

We are located on the private marina which is very quiet and family oriented.

Looking to rent out the month of February (every year).

The main office will take a copy of your credit card for damage deposit.

Notify the main office with your travel plans and a van will pick up and drop off at the airport for a reasonable fee.
