The gorgeous villa Nautica epitomizes blissful and luxurious vacationing by the sea side.
The villa features a roof top palapa with a double chaise lounge and wet bar with seating not to mention an amazing multi level beachside pool, deck area, kayaks and much more!
Entering the villa you are greeted by a huge open plan living and dining area leading seamlessly to the outdoor covered terrace, deck and beach area!
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen will delight aspiring chefs, from here walk out to the grill area on the terrace…perfect for cooking the ¨catch of the day.¨ The ocean views from the villa are just stunning and you will embrace the nautical feeling Caribbean style!
The villa boasts 4 sumptuous bedrooms. The huge master suite with ensuite bathroom with double vanity, double shower and walk in closet is located on the ground floor. From the master suite you walk out to the Jacuzzi and deck area! A further 3 suites with ensuite bathroom and walk in closets are located on the upper floor.
The upper floor has a large media area with huge flat screen TV with satellite. Relax on comfy sofas and watch your favorite movie….when you aren't watching a movie you will be mesmerized with the amazing ocean views that stretch horizontally the entire length of the living room. From here stairs lead to the amazing roof deck with palapa, wet bar, full chaise lounge and seating area with cushions.
The villa Nautica staff are wonderful and you will feel truly pampered during your stay. Complimentary Mexican Cook services for Breakfast and lunch are included. Our dedicated concierge will greet you on arrival and be of assistance during your stay.
A short distance from the villa is the San Carlos marina with many restaurants, bars, boutiques, delicatessens, golf, tennis and more!
Villa Nautica is one of the few exclusive 4 bedroom private villas located on the sandy Fatima Bay beach. We recommend early booking to secure your preferred dates.

Response from the manager Dear Donna, We are saddened to hear that you were disappointed with your stay. Villa Nautica is a wonderful home in a beautiful location and the staff is wonderful. When you arrived you sent an email to Cynthia saying that other than the yard cleaning and housekeeping on Thursday you didn’t want staff assistance, this was implemented as per your wishes. The following day you requested that Cynthia reinstate staff service and this was done as per your instructions. Having had the service as normal from the beginning of their stay could have made your stay much more comfortable. Your phone calls did reach Cynthia and she answered your calls, messages and email. Cynthia came to visit you daily. Cynthia speaks and writes perfect English. The villa maintenance person Sergio and Lucia the housekeeper and cooks speak Spanish and do not speak much English (this is usual along the coast in private villas). All arrangements for service or special instructions should have been with Cynthia. The owner’s property manager is reviewing the list and going through all points. It is true that the owner on hearing that fan in the living area didn’t work went out order new fans and expedited delivery so that they could be fixed as soon as possible, when the owner arrived the fan in the living room was working. We have worked with Villas of Distinction for many years and they are exemplary. We understand that this was your first time staying in a private villa and yes it is different from the hotel experience you are used to. Again we are sorry to hear that your holiday was not what you expected.
