Abitazione nuova completamente ristrutturata e ammobiliata, ottime rifiniture, zona Versilia, Querceta Pozzi, nella provincia di Lucca a 10 minuti dal mare, a 10 minuti da Forte dei Marmi (dista solo 5 km da noi)!. A 5 minuti da Pietrasanta, a 15 minuti da Lido di Camaiore e Viareggio, a 40 minuti da Lucca e Pisa, 1 ora di treno dalle 5 Terre, circa 1 ora da Firenze e 1 ora dalle splendide montagne della Garfagnana!
A soli 3 km di distanza si trova la stazione ferroviaria. Nelle immediate vicinanze di Querceta e Pozzi ci sono anche fermate degli autobus, raggiungibili pure a piedi, oltre a servizi postali, banche, negozi vari, bar pasticcerie, pizzerie e ristoranti.
A soli 100 metri dalla nostra abitazione si trova l'Osteria Ristorante A'Pagliai situata in un antico uliveto, con cucina tipica a base di carne e pesce, piatti tipici Toscani e dove potrete usufruire di uno sconto del 10%.
La vicinissima zona di Forte dei Marmi è tra le località balneari e turistiche più famose in Italia con spiagge molto belle e ben attrezzate. Il centro di Forte dei Marmi molto curato ed elegante offre la possibilità di fare shopping in bellissimi negozi e famosi sono i ristoranti dove poter degustare piatti a base di pesce. Le vicine Viareggio e Lido di Camaiore anch'esse famose per le spiagge, offrono la possibilità di fare belle passeggiate sia di giorno che di sera nel illuminato e affascinante lungomare che offre ristoranti e negozi di vario genere.
Anche la vicinissima Pietrasanta è davvero molto bella, con numerosissime gallerie d'arte, esibizioni temporanee stagionali e un centro storico ricco di monumenti, ben curato. Il centro città pieno di palazzi antichi è esclusivamente pedonale e la sera si anima grazie ai numerosi negozi, bar e ristoranti creando un'atmosfera unica.
L'ingresso autostrada a 10 minuti di auto dalla nostra abitazione ed è ben collegata alle famose e belle città di Lucca e Pisa raggiungibili in 40 minuti di auto, mentre in un ora circa di auto è possibile visitare la stupenda Firenze. Anche la vicina stazione ferroviaria permette di raggiungere queste città e oltre a ciò le famose Cinque Terre in una sola ora di treno!
L’abitazione dispone di: una cucina con tavolo e sedie, frigo, lavastoviglie, forno elettrico, fornelli a gas e stoviglie varie per 5 persone. Internet wi-fi, TV LCD con decoder.
Al piano inferiore sala con camino, divano letto matrimoniale di ottima qualità, bagno con doccia, wc, lavandino, lavatrice e asciugatrice. Al piano superiore locale camera da letto con letto singolo, ampio bagno con lavandino, wc, bidet, vasca e doccia. Soppalco con camera da letto matrimoniale molto romantica con soffitto a vista in legno.
Il locale camera dispone di armadi e cassettoni vari e climatizzatore.
Impianto di riscaldamento in tutte le stanze.
L'abitazione è di nuova ristrutturazione ed anche se non dispone di un giardino è comunque molto bella e ben curata. La mancanza di un giardino ci permette ovviamente di offrire tariffe molto più economiche rispetto alle altre strutture.
Poiché l'abitazione è un vecchio rustico interamente ristrutturato, le mura originali garantiscono un ottimo isolamento dal caldo e dal freddo. La casa è molto accogliente. Provare per credere!

Non sono ammessi fumatori e animali. La casa è molto adatta per coppie o famiglie. In caso di bambini piccoli si richiede più attenzione a motivo delle scale a vista. Non sono ammesse più di 5 persone.
