QUILLAN Riverside Town House- Wonderful Location.
Welcome to this 3 level fully furnished, well - presented contemporary Quillan town house on the river Aude by the centre of town. Featuring two lofty upper level double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms; and a lower level room suitable for entertaining which has a comfortable couch/possible double bed for extra guests and access to the river terrace.
The front door opens in to the inviting and modern open plan fully equipped kitchen and living area with a terrace and BBQ. There are 2 other roomy private terraces overlooking the river with the benefit of mountain views, from which you can feed the ducks, relax and experience the river life. All terraces have outdoor furniture.
Your central location means that you are just 2 minutes walk to all town centre amenities: restaurants, shops, municipal swimming pool, bus and rail station, pharmacies, and local markets. This is an ideal base from which to visit the natural sites such as the Cathar castles, the Pyrenees, lakes and walking and cycling trails. Quillan and surrounding provincial towns are rich with cultural activities, markets and restaurants. This property is fabulous for those person/s seeking quiet and serenity and it is also a great location for those who wish to entertain and party.
