Property for exclusive use
Typical country house in stone, 150 sq. m., with 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, holding up to 8 persons. The villa has a large garden with private swimming pool, an outdoor area for lunches with barbecue, internet and satellite TV. The property is ideal for families with children or for groups of friends looking to spend the holidays together immersed in nature.
Outdoors and Swimming Pool
The garden is completely fenced and well-kept, mostly lawn with trees and shrubs. The rectangular pool, 6 metres by 14 and 0.9-2.4 m deep, is behind the house and is surrounded by a paved area with sunbeds, beach umbrellas and shower. In a corner of the garden, guests can use a shaded area with a gazebo complete with table, chairs and a ping pong table. Also, from the living room you can access the covered terrace, with a table and chairs, perfect for dinners with a stonework barbecue. Parking in the property, including some covered parking spots, accessible from the iron entrance gate.

Interior
The villa is on two floors and has been restored whilst maintaining typical Tuscan elements, like the ceiling with wood beams and cotto flooring. The main entrance leads to a bright living room with sofas and armchairs with fireplace and satellite TV. Beside this you will find the large kitchen, fully equipped and with a traditional charm, complete with a large table for all the guests, an ornamental fireplace and direct outdoor access. Also on the ground floor are 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds, both with access to a paved terrace, and a bathroom with shower. A cotto staircase leads to the first floor, with 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom, one with shower and one with bathroom.
Location
Fiorita is in a calm area overlooking Chianti’s marvellous hills, decorated with vineyards and olive groves, a few kilometres from Radda in Chianti.

The villa has Wi-Fi, central heating, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, mosquito screens in the bathrooms, baby bed, high chair, complimentary toiletries in the bathroom, alarm system, hairdryer. The second-floor bedrooms all have air conditioning.
Services
The price includes: bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen (all changed weekly), internet, water, gas, electricity (not including air conditioning), final cleaning, baby bed and high chair. Upon request and to be paid for at the house are cookery courses, breakfasts, hired help, babysitter, swimming towels and tastings.
Important Information
Arrivals must be from 4-7pm. Pets are allowed, upon request and at the fee of 50 Euros per pet per week. Swimming pool available from May 1st to September 30th.

“Perfect location and a nice place for friends and family.”
The place was a charming old farmhouse but redone and quite comfortable for the 9 of us to stretch out in. Radda and Castellino were both about 10 minutes away.
