The Caribbean Ocean is just right outside your door at Sunset Paradise Villas! For your next vacation rental with deluxe oceanfront accommodations, look at our private beach homes in Rincon, on the west coast of Puerto Rico.

Villa 2 upper is a large spacious 2 bedroom unit. The living area is open so you have great views if you are cooking, eating or relaxing by the tv or sitting on the patio. Two large bedrooms offering a private getaway when you want to escape for that afternoon nap.

We have a total of EIGHT private and spacious villas that are side by side, allowing you to select the beachfront rental property that best suits your needs. Pick just one villa or choose them all - each of the villas is completely separate and private with deluxe amenities, like fully appointed kitchens with all the appliances you will need (you provide the pantry) and plenty of patio space to enjoy the views and tranquil sounds of the gentle waves.

All units have private oceanfront patios facing the Caribbean. Steal away from the race of life and just relax. Comfortable living areas coupled with a kitchen with Granite counters, stainless steel appliances reverse osmosis water system, BBQ grill, and all the cookware/dishes to create a meal if you wish. Sit back, relax and unwind from your busy world. Enjoy your favorite beverage as you relax on your private patio or by the shared rooftop pool.

Think you just can't unplug from today's high tech, well if you must, we have the latest digital flat screen t.v.'s and wifi fully loaded and available for your use, but after just a few minutes we think you will not need them. We have 1 bedroom to 5 bedroom villas to choose from for a total of 25 bedrooms available in any combination to suit your needs: (1) one bedroom villa, (2) two bedroom villas, (2) three bedroom villas, (1) four bedroom villa, and (2) five bedroom villas. You will be provided with a contract giving you everything you need for your rental. We have a keyless system and entry to your unit is provided with a code just for you. Our manager will come check on you once you arrive/the next morning and/or you can call her if you need something. Rincon is known for surfing but there are lots of things to do from kayaking, paddle boarding, walking the beach in search of shells, exploring history and much more.
