“No March Madness with this Terrific Townhouse!” Craving for a chance to escape the snow and cold of winter, we chose Scottsdale and Spring Training. We happened to find this lovely townhome with sufficient room and amenities. This place was quiet and peaceful, yet close to all of the activities one could desire, including ball parks and shopping. The home was everything described and then some--even the first morning coffee was in the cupboard ready for the brewing. We felt safe and secure in this gated, friendly and clean community. It was obvious that the owner took care of the little things that many vacation rentals often overlook, including critical avenues of communication through email, texts, and phone calls. Care and attention to the overall maintenance of the property, furniture, and appliances is obvious. We loved the signage that explained which switches did what! Would rent here again if we could!

“Absolutley Wonderful!!” The photos we saw don't do the place justice. It was just beautifully appointed, situated in a maginficient location, just perfect for our family. All the amenities are at your fingertips, both inside and outside. Cari-Lee thought of everything we could possibly have wanted or needed, and she was always there when we needed to ask about anything. We had a lot of fun playing golf and tennis, and the kids loved the pools and hot tubs. Ps: There is no Check-in and Service per say so i gave it five stars anyway other wise wonderful.

“An amazing stay for our family!” This home is outstanding and made for a wonderful stay in the Phoenix area. My husband and I stayed at this home for 10 days with our 5 young children (ages 10 and under) and had a fabulous time. The home is beautifully decorated and everything was clean and in perfect condition for our stay. We enjoyed the beautiful pool, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped. The home is located just a few minutes drive to downtown Cave Creek where we enjoyed the local restaurants, art shows, and hiking trails. It was also an easy drive (about 40 minutes) to attractions in Scottsdale and Phoenix. Guy was very pleasant to deal with to book this home and was very responsive to our questions. We had a great stay at this home and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Phoenix area.

“Ultimate Winter getaway” We selected this house for a long weekend winter golf escape. There were eight of us, and we all fit comfortably. The house is fantastic -- especially the all-weather patio. We spent about half of our waking hours inside, in the comfortable great room and kitchen, and the rest of the time out on the patio. Both the inside and outside living spaces are great. The house is beautifully nestled in the desert, at the end of a small, quiet street. Guy and Dixie were a pleasure to deal with.

“Perfect spot for a golf and football getaway” 8 of us used this property in early November and it was perfect. We rented both the main house and the guest house and had plenty of room to spread out. The guys enjoyed the hot tub and pool after a round of golf, and late nights ended with a game of billiards. We went to a Cardinals game as well and the stadium was very close. We would relax outside at the patio tables and enjoy a glass of wine before heading out for a dinner. We will definitely look at renting again for next year!

“Relaxing in the beautiful arizona desert” We spent 2 weeks at this Casita and would recommend to all as easy going and beautiful place to stay. The grounds are very well maintained with two patios with tables and chairs for both. The back patio has a gas grille. The interior is very well appointed. The master bedroom is very spacious with a King, separate shower and a Jacuzzi. Views and access to back patio. The second bedroom is a little smaller but has a tub, shower and large walkin closet. The great room is very comfortable and makes you feel just like home. The best part, everything is on one level, no stairs! The location is central to both Carfree and Cave creek, and the gated security is very reassuring.

“What a wonderful slice of paradise.” The condo was everything it said it would be. Spent 6 glorious weeks there and felt very much at home. Priscilla could not be more accommodating...The condo was clean, quiet and just beautiful. I truly enjoyed my stay there. What I liked was it was centrally located to shopping centers, gyms & restaurants. I will surely go back. Thank you for your hospitality. “A Little Bit of Heaven” The service received from Tina and John was second to none. The booking was easy and the house was immaculate. Every part of the vacation - from the cleanliness of the house, the pool, the area, even the weather - was either as expected or surpassed expectations. It's no wonder therefore that we've rented this particular house for just under a month, every year since 2001! The house is in a great position, close to local shops including a supermarket, lots of restaurants, a bank, opticians, etc. It's only a 7 minute drive to Scottsdale Road, the arterial north/south road that runs through the middle of Scottsdale. Even closer is the 101 Loop, the orbital freeway that encircles most of Scottsdale, Phoenix, Glendale and all points between. It connects to other major roads, eg the I 10, the interstate freeway that takes you to Los angeles, via Palm Springs, and the 60 and the 93, leading to Las Vegas. Scottsdale itself is clean and tidy and apart from being a haven for golfers, is also great for shopping, with several malls a short drive from the house. The eclectic choice of restaurants is also a big attraction!
