Response from the manager We are delighted to hear that you had a lovely holiday and that you enjoyed the apartment. We have noted your comments regarding the lack of wardrobe in the single bedroom and we are looking into how we can find an alternative for future guests use. There is a brush and dust pan in the hall cupboard for guests use and I will move this to the kitchen as perhaps it will be more noticeable there. I apologise for the noise you encountered and we have reported this to the relevant letting agent. As you mentioned it was freshers week during your stay and hopefully this was a one off as we have not had this problem before but we will be monitoring the situation. Regarding parking there is free on street parking on Argyle Street and although it tends to be busy during working hours it is not normally a problem out with these times. We thank you again for your feedback as we are strongly committed to providing the best services and amenities for our guests, therefore we do welcome all comments that will help us accomplish this."

“Very cosy apartment with a nice garden for sunny days!”

Reviewed 27 Jun 2016

I was travelling around Scotland with my family and we stayed in many places and I can definitely say this apartment was one of the best. It's very clean, all the information required was provided and when we had a small trouble with the lock the hostess came immediately to help. Plus it's very close to the town centre and everything you might need is in walking distance.

“Great location”

Reviewed 26 Aug 2015

Perfectly located just outside the city walls, it's a short walk to all the sites. It's lacking dedicated parking, but there are car parks very close by and there was usually a place on the road in the evening.

“We will come again”

Reviewed 30 Apr 2014

Excellent location, particularly as we have a dog and easy access to the Lade Braes and Cockshaugh Park was important to us as we walked there every morning. It is beautiful and out of the wind if it is windy. The access to town is an easy level walk, good for eating out and shopping as well as reaching the beaches and golf course, if that is your thing. The flat is comfortable, plenty of room and light, bit old fashioned but not off putting. We doing the key waiting for us and left it in the same place and never saw anyone. The upstairs neighbour is nice and helpful, the garden small but enclosed and private. Parking can be a pain during the day as it is on the road. Overall, lovely!
