Description

Totally refurbished in October 2022. This stylish property offers a spacious lounge with dining area and 42" HD television, there is a separate kitchen with everything you would need for your stay, a spacious master bedroom with en-suite shower room and two single beds, one further bedroom with a double bed and a wet room with shower, toilet and wash-hand basin. There is unlimited Wi-Fi throughout the property and a mains wired fire detection system. There is a south facing garden area with outdoor seating shared with one other property and free on-street parking.

The town centre is within easy walking distance from the property. The medieval town of St Andrews offers a lot more than golf itself, with its historic buildings, university, colourful boutique shops, bars and restaurants, not to mention its magnificent award winning beaches, the town is a virtual treasure trove of attractions for tourists of all ages. How do damage deposits work?
