Newly available, renovated in 2020 and ideally situated in a quiet, residential area within ten minutes walking distance of the university town of St Andrews and beautiful, award-winning beaches, this delightful house is close to supermarkets (M&S., Morrisons, Aldi, Spar), numerous golf courses and coastal walks. With a large, enclosed garden complete with barbecue and garden furniture, ample off-road parking in driveway for several cars, free Wi-Fi and broadband, the house is perfect for couples, families and golfers alike.
Over two levels, accommodation comprises entrance vestibule with storage cupboard, lounge with attractive, contemporary furnishings, separate dining room seating six, fully fitted kitchen, flexible sleeping accommodation with one double bedroom, one twin attic bedroom and a further twin attic room with one single bed and a roll-out bed. There is a family bathroom with over-bath shower on the ground floor.
This medieval town - the home of golf - also offers historic buildings, colourful boutique shops, numerous bars and excellent restaurants. Craigtoun Country Park, with amenities for all ages, is ten minutes by car from Churchill Crescent and the East Sands is a ten minute walk.

“Great House close to town”
This is an ideally situated house, close to the town centre in a quiet neighbourhood. It is about 10 mins brisk walk to the edge of town - our son is at the University and to those that know you can get to Regs in about 10mins. It is clean, tidy and the beds are comfortable. We will use it again.

“Great holiday”
Accommodation was very clean and all necessary items available. Welcome pack provided which was appreciated. Garden area was lovely to sit and relax in after a day of sightseeing. Would highly recommend.

“Well Equipped House”
We stayed in Churchill Crescent for three nights and it was very enjoyable. The house has everything you need for a longer stay and is really clean with off Street parking. The house is about 15 minutes walk from the centre of St Andrews making it very convenient for exploring the town and surrounding areas.
