The kitchen has siemens appliances including Hob , microwave, dishwasher , washer/drier and a dining table for 8 guests. The master bedroom on the top floor is particularly impressive with a beamed 15" ceiling , crystal chandeliers and a living area .
All bedrooms have large built in wardrobes and the bathrooms have villeroy and boch sanitary ware and Hansgrohe showers .The property has wifi , sky tv and Apple TV and 2 off-road parking spaces are provided with a motorised turntable allowing the driver to enter traffic in a forward gear . The property has the latest gas central heating system and is of SIPS construction providing tremendous insulating properties .The town house also has a fire suppresion system and fire doors fitted throughout .
