This property is bright and modern and decorated to a high spec. It is entered via a spacious entrance hall which benefits from a large skylight, allowing natural light to flood the apartment. Towards the front of the apartment is the heart of the home – the open plan living, diner and kitchen. With floor to ceiling windows and double doors spanning to length of the back wall, panoramic views seas can be enjoyed from all angles. The private balcony can be accessed from the living room, where you can enjoy uninterrupted views out towards of the world famous The Old Course, West Sands beach and Royal and Ancient clubhouse.

The front bedroom (which can be configured as a twin or superking) further benefits from sea views, with two more super king or twin bedrooms towards the rear, one of which has an en-suite with a shower over the bath.

The master bathroom situated just off the entrance hall is also equipped with a modern shower suite.

“Superb property”

We have visited St Andrews many times and stayed in the best hotels but have to say this property was perfect. The views were stunning. Modern and well equipped. Just be prepared to climb the 77 steps… More

Amazing flat, furnished to a very high standard. Balcony gives spectacular views over the Old Course and West Sands. This is the place to stay if you are playing golf in St Andrews We will be back.
