LYNNWOOD SELF CATERING

The historic town of St. Andrews is within a 6 - 7 min. walk.

Beautiful beaches, magnificent Championship Golf Courses and an abundance of renowned restaurants are but a few of the many attractions of this delightful town.

Lynnwood is a bright, comfortable, spacious and well equipped holiday home, with an enclosed garden and patio with table and chairs.

The accommodation consists of a large lounge/dining room, complete with table seating 6 comfortably, occasional tables, large smart TV with freeview. This room leads to a well equipped, fully fitted kitchen, complete with electric cooker, washing machine, drier, fridge, freezer and microwave. The back door leads to a fully enclosed garden with lawn and borders also a patio with table and chairs.

There are 4 bedrooms. Two doubles, a twin and a single. One double is on the ground floor. The double and twin upstairs have wash hand basins, all have good storage and are well furnished.

There is a bathroom fitted with bath with instant shower, WC & WHB and a 2nd WC & WHB downstairs.

The house is fully double glazed and has full gas central heating which supplies the hot water. A new condensing combi boiler has recently been installed. Duvets, pillows, bed linen and tea towels are provided, although guests are asked to bring their own towels.

“Great stay”

Cottage was within 5 mins walk to town centre and within walking distance to Aldi and Morrisons larger store.. cottage was spotless and although it was within a residential street parking wasn't an issue . Heating was great throughout the cottage and kitchen utilities were above standard for s/c massive downside though was our mobiles had no service and that was 3 different networks so maybe a wifi connection is plausible in order to use smart services .. but 3 sisters aged between 62 and 79 only care about being able to call and receive texts . The cottage is very spacious and I would say the pictures don't do it justice but on the opposite side of the coin do not be dissolutiond about the private garden space , positive note it is private and sun trapped in the middle part I think , because there is so much follige taking up at least 70% of the gardens potential and blocking out the natural rays from the sun.. however this cottage is lovely and clean and spacious n central and cud easily sleep 10 persons comfortable.. my personal faults should not hinder future guests as my grunts were trivial especially when u actually get more value for your money when you stay here
