Description
We are very excited to offer this fabulous cottage in the heart of St Andrews with three bedroom and three bathrooms. Sleeping up to 6 guests Vine Cottage is a perfect example of new meets old and ideal for both families and golfers alike. This is a wonderful opportunity to stay in a stunning detached cottage right in the heart of the town and only a five minute walk to the world famous Old Course. The property is completely invisible from the road and until you arrive it is hard to truly appreciate this unique location. The property affords comfortable and attractive accommodation on two levels and boasts many attractive features. The garden is an absolute delight affording a variety of colour provided by mature shrubs, bushes and fruit trees. There are various patio areas, designed to take advantage of any sunshine, which provide sheltered and private areas for outside entertaining. If you are here to play golf on one of the eight golf courses St Andrews has to offer there is even a practice net in the garden for a pre-round warm up and a separate golf store for your clubs. Vine Cottage has small shops lining almost the entire surrounding streets. It maintains a lot of traditional premises such as butchers, fishmongers, cheese shops and bakers and a number of smaller boutique shops. On your doorstep there are plenty of cafes, pubs, restaurants to choose from. The Byre Theatre and museums are a only a short walk away. Dont forget the stunning award winning beaches that St Andrews has to offer, again only five minutes away from this special cottage. The extensive renovation of the property included a full refit of all internal fittings and furniture.
