Located in the wonderful St Jean region of St Barts, it’s nestled amongst the wonderful lush hillside. Just mere minutes’ drive from the fantastic resort of Gustavia and St Jean, you’ve got fabulous beaches, superb restaurants and fantastic shopping all at your disposal.
Only recently updated, you can expect a high standard of design and décor throughout. Imagine fine furnishings and lovely pieces of furniture, with a fresh contemporary feel combined with gorgeous Caribbean features. Beautiful both inside and out, it’s a fabulous villa choice.
The perfect villa for either a couple or a small family, you’ve got two superb bedroom suites on offer here. Both of these gorgeous suites enjoy wonderful ocean views, air-conditioning for your comfort, and have lovely ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom has a king-size bed, and the other bedroom has a queen-size bed which can be converted to become two twin beds if required.
As for your living space, this is the ideal place to relax with loved ones. You can relax on the comfy sofas and make the most of the ocean vistas through the sliding panel doors. It’s an open plan area that also includes your fabulous kitchen. Filled with all of the mod cons that you’ll need, it caters for up to six guests.
Stepping outside onto your beautiful stone terrace, this idyllic area is complemented by the lush tropical gardens. It’s also the location for your heated infinity pool. Surrounded by comfy loungers, you’ve also got hammocks and seating areas awaiting you. Plus, there’s a lovely outside dining area; the perfect place to make the most of al fresco meals.

We have been on island since 2005 and have our own local concierge and representative on island Premium IV St Barts Concierge Services for airport assistance, car rental, boat charter, private chefs, and anything else you can think of.
