The luxury of space and ample room to spread out are what set the brand new Villa Le Sab SAB apart from many of the rental properties on St. Barth. The generously scaled, minimally furnished vacation home is the height of island simplicity and modern Caribbean elegance, well suited for a family with children 10 and up, or two couples traveling together. Although the villa lacks ocean views, its proof that St. Barths wild nature can be just as enticing, and the edge of the terrace leads straight to the islands famously soft sand. Its built on a private property just across the road from the Tom Beach Hotel and popular La Plage restaurant, as well as St. Jean Beach, making the waves just a twominute barefoot walk away.

As you enter Villa Le Sab SAB, you're immediately seduced by the lavish kitchen, this is a home for cooking and entertaining, for sharing memorable meals with loved ones at the sleek stone breakfast bar on the kitchen island, or at the beautifully veneered wood dining table with matching chairs for eight. And if you don't want to handle all the cooking and entertaining duties yourself, Our Concierge can arrange for the islands top chefs and wine experts to come in for beautifully prepared meals or personalized wine tastings, as well as organizing water and island adventures for the whole family later.

That kitchen is directly open onto an expansive, clean lined living room with a sinuous tufted couch. Sky high ceilings add to the feeling of expansiveness and comfort. Glass doors on both sides can slide open, giving the whole area a natural tree house feel, and allowing the sea breeze to flow directly through.

With everything under one roof, Villa Le Sab SAB is a good choice for families, but the two equally large bedrooms allow it to work for groups of adults too. On either side of the living room, each bedroom has a king bed, TV with U.S. satellite, dressing area and en suite bathroom with a shower. Like the shared spaces, they're outfitted with a serene palette of whites and grays, and a definite less is more aesthetic. Both open onto a partially shaded deck with a swimming pool.
