Description

2 Storey villa built on the hillside overlooking St.Pierre la Mer. On a development built in 2006 but as a frontline property it is very private. Views of the sea and the Pyrenees.
Upstairs - lounge/kitchen/dining with French doors out onto balcony with canopy, table and chairs. WC.
Downstairs - 1 Double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and dressing/storage room. Shower room with WC.
Small garden area outside bedrooms.
We offer free English TV (Freesat) and wifi
The house is fully equipped and in very good order. 1 Private car parking space.

It is within walking distance of the village and the beach which has plenty of room for everybody! Next to the beach there is a sailing school, kite surfing and tennis courts.
Also nearby are go-karting, horse riding, cycling, bird watching, hiking on the Montagne de la Clape and the beach.
There is a daily market in the village which attracts many people at weekends from outside St.Pierre. Not to be missed!
The Marie takes great pride in the village and decorates it with beautiful flowers in season. There are many events staged in St.Pierre in the summer months.
St.Pierre is a good place to venture further afield to visit Narbonne, Carcassone, the Canal du Midi and 2 hours driving time to Spain.
It's an ideal base for exploring the Languedoc or just taking it easy.
Perfect holiday for families and people who enjoy walking, beach and all outdoor pursuits.

“Good Location”

This is a two storey condo type unit in a modern development a fairly long walk uphill from the town center. The unit was quite clean and somewhat sparsely furnished (minimum kitchen stuff). It's a very functional unit but nothing very attractive about it or the view towards the water, a long way off. However, St. Pierre is central for travel in Languedoc region with easy day trips to lots of historical sites and interesting towns and villages (and wine tours!). This was what we wanted so were quite satisfied with this choice.
