Beautiful apartment situated in an ancient hamlet on the ground floor of a two-storied House with an enchanting view on the heart of the Tuscan Countryside, 3 km from the centre of San Gimignano, Worlwide Heritage Town of UNESCO.

The apartment is composed of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom with Window screens, a wide living room with a large fireplace, kitchen/dinner area, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and bath-tub, one with just the shower), store-room. It also has a wide farmyard a shared swimming pool (depth x 6 mt- -2.00 1.40 mt) of joint ownership at approx. 100 meter from the house (open from 15 May until 15 October), with an enchanting view on the San Gimignano Towers; a big private garden, a communal park with pathways through olive and fruit trees, and a parking area.

Response from the owner Dear Tracy, we are sorry to read you had inconveniences, since in all these years we have always had praises and thanks, and we are very surprised that you decided to communicate all that 8 months after your visit. As regards mosquitoes, we do what is ethically possible to limit their presence, respecting nature and the limits set by the law, keeping in mind that we are in the open countryside anyway. About air-conditioning, as you know and as it is clear from the description of the accommodation, this is not one of the included facilities, and on the other hand no one has ever described the villa as "hot". About the problem with the sink, we personally intervened as soon as possible, and anyway on the same day when you reported the problem, which we find a reasonable time. As regards not comfortable beds and not properly working cooker, you never mentioned about the problem, and anyway no guest either before or after your stay has ever complained about that. Probably you were unfamiliar with the cooker and you didn't manage to use it correctly? Everything considered, we don't understand why you wrote such a negative review, and after such a long time. However, we do hope you decide to visit again so that you will be able to change your mind.
