Description
The Saint Lucia Sources is a beautiful farmhouse situated amidst olive groves and vineyards just outside the hamlet of "Saint Lucia". Immersed in silence and in a unique panoramic position, from here you can admire the dramatic backdrop of nearby San Gimignano and gaze from the Chianti hills near Florence. The extensive garden with a small pond, and large swimming pool (6x14m, open from late April to mid October) make it the ideal place for a relaxing stay where you can spend an unforgettable holiday. The house is fully furnished with antique furniture in the style of a Tuscan farmhouse. Ceilings with exposed wooden beams on the ground floor and terracotta floors will give you the feeling of a pleasant rural. The house has 5 rooms on two floors, ca. 190 square meters, has been built and furnished to accommodate up to 10/12 people. On the ground floor it is accessed through a loggia equipped with garden furniture where you can enjoy the shade in the afternoon. So is the entrance into a spacious living room with armchairs, satellite TV, fireplace, sofa double bed and bathroom. The dining room is equipped with a built-in kitchen with 5 burners, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine. On the same floor a double room with shower and toilet. Through a spiral staircase you can climb from the living room on the upper floor, where are located 4 double rooms with double bed and bathroom. One of the double rooms, the largest, is equipped with small place integrated kitchen cabinet (2 rings) and the bathroom has a shower with massage jets, as well as the toilet. The room also has access to a large terrace with sweeping views of San Gimignano where you can dine.
