Description

Large bedroom with an attached sitting room in my home. You may say that Im more like a B&B. Nearby beach, restaurants, Cedros design district, racetrack, fair, train, shopping, lagoon for hiking and so much more! Queen size comfy bed, plenty of closet and drawer space. Attached, private sunroom equipped with seating, counter space with coffee maker and refrigerator. For your use are beach chairs, boogie boards, surfboard, umbrella and ice chest. Beach towels are in your room and hooks are behind your door for damp beach/bath towels. Included in the price are fresh baked breakfast breads and fruit your first morning....and always check the dining table for treats along the way! Guests can access the quaint patio and the kitchen for minimal use. Neighborhood is very safe with plenty of parking. I have a smaller, sweet, lovable dog name Toby who will always bark upon your arrival, but his tail is always wagging! I love to host and we look forward to your visit! Martha and Toby

“Perfect comfortable room in great location close to the beach!”

The room is cozy and private and Martha was a great host. Just a couple of minutes from Solana Beach restaurants and Fletcher Cove. I would highly recommend for anyone visiting the Solana Beach area!
