This luxury villa is brand new for rentals! Completely renovated and re-modeled, offers fantastic views and amenities; It is truly breathtaking and a one of a kind! This oceanfront villa offers a total of 7 bedrooms to comfortably sleep up to 18 guests. Five of the bedrooms feature a luxurious private full bathroom. Enjoy a BBQ in the outside dining area, relax by the pool side, or enjoy the sound of the beautiful ocean directly in front of the villa. For guests seeking a more adventurous stay please contact us to organize tours and day trips.

Seven (7) spacious bedrooms, 3 overlooking the ocean, each individually air conditioned with full en suite bathrooms (2 of the guest rooms have a ‘Jack and Jill’ Shared Bathroom), provide luxury accommodations for you and your family or group. Our luxury villa is fully staffed, with 2 full time maids who can also prepare meals, to ensure that you will want for nothing while you stay at ‘Casa Los Suenos’. The vacation rental is located close to the centre of Sosua and is within walking distance to ‘Playa Chiquita’ a beautiful local beach where you can enjoy the Caribbean sunshine.

Each of the bedrooms are fully air conditioned with individual controls to provide guests with control of their environment. The two master suites have additional seating spaces.

Living area details

Massive open plan living area / kitchen and dining area indoors. Television, stereo, 2 sofas, separate seating areas. 8 Person glass dining table, gourmet kitchen fully equipped, visitors bathroom.

Large covered outdoor area, outside dining table, seating area, full bar with wooden counters to seat ten people. BBQ and outdoor fans. Here you are really able to take advantage of the beautiful Caribbean weather and fully enjoy your vacation. The Upper deck area has a huge balcony with sun loungers to take in the view and the rays, there is a covered gazebo area in this area also.

There is a separate Oceanfront patio area for relaxing in the sunshine and listening to the sound of the waves or for privacy and tranquility in the evenings, imagine watching the sunset next to the ocean whilst on sun loungers, it is paradise. There is also a fire pit here to make a BBQ or simply to warm yourselves if you were ever to find the Caribbean sunshine too cold for your liking!

The private swimming pool is just beautiful. Ocean view, Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, There are plenty of modern sun loungers, with these and the size of the pool a full family group can enjoy the space fully.

On-site staff

24 hour Security. 2 Full time maids at your disposal for cleaning, laundry, cooking meals and other tasks that you require.

Full time gardener. Full time maintenance person for your requirements.

Spectacular Island Wedding Destination: This villa is perfect for your wedding in a tropical island paradise. With a huge flat grass area overlooking the ocean, you can enjoy an open air ceremony with privacy and in nature with the sound of the waves lapping in the background. There are gorgeous locations close by to choose from however our wedding parties usually choose the garden because of the fantastic and sweeping views overlooking the clear blue ocean waters.
