“Christmas stay inverfyne cottage”

Reviewed 30 Dec 2021

We had a lovely Christmas week staying at inverfyne cottage. The location is fantastic with plenty of walking in beautiful scenery right on the doorstop. Brewery & oyster bar an absolute bonus everyone was very friendly & welcoming. Accommodation was very comfortable & had almost everything you would need (just a couple of things which were mentioned but weren’t there was a hairdryer & DVD player, this didn’t matter to us but might to some) managed to squeeze in a trip to invererie & Oban but so much more to see in this area we’re already planning our return. We would definitely recommend this holiday cottage.

“Dog hols in Argyll and Bute ”

Reviewed 21 Jul 2019

Fantastic, well equipped cottage in a great location. Perfect enclosed garden for the dogs with a great utility area for cleaning them up too. We had a couple of BBQs as the weather was great and the midgies weren’t too bad! Very nice, dog friendly pub about a mile away in Cairndow with good food and great outdoor seating with fantastic views. The brewery just down the lane also has a beer garden and plenty of different beers to sample! Inveraray has everything you need about 5 miles away and it’s a lovely town. The only recommendation would be that when the grass gets cut for the cuttings to be collected! After it rained we couldn’t avoid walking them everywhere! Overall a great holiday where we crammed lots in including the Highland Games in Inveraray, some big walks and a days ferry hopping around Bute and beyond. Thanks and we’ll surely be back!
