Description

This holiday house is located in Tuscany, in the holiday area called Versilia only 8 km from the sea in the hills behind Forte dei Marmi and Marina di Massa.

Strettoia is located exactly between Ripa di Seravezza and Montignoso and the Beaches are easily accessible by car in a few minutes.

The nearest restaurant can be reached on foot from the home that is 300 meters on the main road. Shops, bars, newsstands and tobacco shop is located about 1 km always down to the sea on the main street, otherwise for larger Supermarkets just 5 Km.

The holiday house has been renovated a few years ago using high quality materials and creating environments very comfortable and pleasant.

It is located on a small hill with approximately 20,000 meters of private land, on the back an olive grove and various plants of oranges and tangerines.

You enter through gate and do about 50m, parking beside the house. Here you can park 2-3 cars.

The entire land is available to guests, ideal for nature Lovers, only with natural fence such as trees and plants.

In front of the holiday home is a beautiful pergola covered with plants and flowers that will give shade and coolness in summer. Here you will find a large table with chairs, barbecue and deck with outdoor lighting.

Guests will enjoy INTERNET WIFI and satellite TV (foreign channels, no SKY).

Ground floor: dining room for 6 people, kitchen – working space in the middle, large refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, door to the garden, open living room with 2 sofas, fireplace (working, please ask for wood), further dining table, TV with SAT. Guest toilet.

First floor - a double bedroom with terrace and private bathroom with shower, tub, toilet, bidet and double basin, and a room with a french bed.

1 room with single bed. Shower room.

All windows and doors have Mosquito nets.

Apart from a beach holiday Versilia countless monuments and excursions -Carrara (marble museum) Pietrasanta, Pisa -to name a few.

This house is great for relaxing, eating outdoors and enjoy nature.

The garden is not fenced. Pets Allowed.
