Description

Beautiful stone country house, situated in the Park of an old villa in the heart of Chianti a few kilometers from Florence, Siena and San Gimignano. It also boasts a beautiful outdoor area where you can eat or relax in the open air.

The apartment accommodation surrounded by a park of villa del ' 700 features a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, 3 rooms, including 2 doubles and one with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms (one with shower the other with bathtub), terraces with tables and chairs and garden umbrella. Very quiet and peaceful environment.

Guest access Apartment with private entrance, private parking next to the House. Guests are greeted on arrival for key collection and illustration of the apartment.

Surrounding the apartment is nestled in the quiet countryside, just minutes from the Centre of Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, which has a supermarket and many small shops where you can taste typical Tuscan products. Well connected by a bus service to major cities such as Florence and Siena, and major tourist attractions such as San Gimignano, Volterra and Greve in Chianti as well as other villages located in the areas of Chianti and Val d'Orcia. In little more than an hour you can reach the numerous seaside resorts of the Tuscan Coast (Castiglion della Pescaia, Follonica, Cecina, Viareggio) this area offers unforgettable walks, scenic trips by bike or motorbike rental in Tavarnelle Val di Pesa and Barberino Val d'Elsa. You can enjoy typical local products (wine and oil) in the numerous specialty shops, wine shops and wine cellars.

DIRECTIONS Tavarnelle Val di Pesa is connected by a good network of buses to Florence and Siena.

Many are private companies specialized in transport Chianti tour.

Nearest train station in Poggibonsi (6 km) by bus.

The nearest airports are:-Florence (Amerigo Vespucci), which in just over 30 minutes you can reach Barberino Val d'Elsa-Pisa (Galileo Galilei), which in little more than an hour you can reach our home.

In both cases the highway immediately outside the airport, otherwise they are countless trains and buses from the airport to our hotel.

It provides for the payment of tax of € 1.5 per day per person (excluding guests under 14 years)
