Beautiful, well appointed two floor 3 BR - 3 Full Bath condo across a one lane street from
the mountain's base and lift (It may take you all of two minutes to walk to Lift #7).
Breathtaking and gorgeous mountain views through two huge picture windows facing
both South and West. Five minute walk to the center of historic town of Telluride with tons
of restaurants, bars, shops and outfitters. Two minute walk to a well stocked grocery store
with lots of organic and gourmet items. Covered parking space and high speed internet
connection included. Winter time access to hot tub. Telluride License #3633
