Description

With lovely south-facing views, this two bedroom condo, with an additional sleeping area in the large loft, is ideal for a family or a small group. Lulu City condos are ideally located across the street from the San Miguel River and the base of Lift 7 (the Coonskin Lift) and right on the Galloping Goose Shuttle route (Telluride's complimentary town shuttle bus). The condo is beautifully decorated and features a great galley kitchen, a dining area, and washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms: one has a queen and a king is in the other. The loft has an additional two trundle beds(4 twins).

Enjoy the Rocky Mountain fresh air from the southeast facing deck. The complex has an outdoor hot tub and a summertime swimming pool as well as a poolside barbeque. Combine with Lulu 4C for larger gatherings of friends and family! Pets are no longer allowed at Lulu City condos.

If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable, unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee. Trip cancellation insurance is an inexpensive way to protect your vacation investment. Call your own agent or ask us for our Red Sky Travel Insurance plan.
