“Lovely rustic getaway” Seascape is a wonderful getaway for those who want to experience life in a small village in Tobago. We had a couple of days of rain but what better place to weather Mother Nature than hanging out in Seascape. There are other tourists there to be sure, and Heavenly Bay is both a working fishing bay and a place where other tourists are. It can get noisy (I recommend ear plugs if you're a light sleeper like me), but the villa gives you the great advantage of being high above it all with the most amazing view. Rollins was excellent and a good recommendation to have him pick us up and take us back to the airport. We actually didn't end up driving at all because we hired a local guide, Roachee, for 3 days who took us snorkeling, fishing, and in the rain forest. We some issues with ants, but as long as you put everything in the fridge and freeze your leftovers, it wasn't a problem. So all in all, a great honeymoon for us. I can see that the villa wouldn't be for everyone - if you're looking for a resort with lots of glitz and polish, that wouldn't be the place. For us, we were looking for rustic, a quiet village, little tourism, some island life, and so it was perfect!

“would stay here again!” We very much enjoyed our stay at this villa. The owner was easy to deal with, very pleasant and efficient with communication. The villa itself is in a great location, with good amenities close by. The local bar is a great place to while away a few hours and watch the world go by. The villa itself was actually far nicer and more modern than the photos indicated, and we appreciated the bbq and plunge pool. Accommodations were more than comfortable for a party of 4 adults and one small child. We would have no hesitation in booking this villa again if we were returning to Tobago with friends.

“Wonderful Villa” My parents just celebrated their 40th anniversary so we celebrated by taking a family trip to Tobago. We really enjoyed staying at Seabreaze. I especially loved getting to pick fresh fruit from the trees and eating fresh mangos every day for breakfast! We had a coconut fall one day so Joseph used his machete to open it up for us. We spent many happy days enjoying the pool and ocean. We also really enjoyed snorkeling right off the beach. We saw a bunch amazing fish and even an octopus!

Tropical Treasures Apt5 - Tobago

Crown Point apartment

“Wonderful Stay” I've been in the Tropical Treasures apt5 on December. I had one of the best vacations because I felt comfortable as if I was in my own bed room. Lets begin in the rooms, they are clean, beautiful, fresh, welcoming and spacious. I slept in the Master Bedroom I had the whole king size bed for myself the Patio had a nice view of the Caribbean Sea and the beaches in Tobago, Store bay and Pigeon Point. We did not had a pool in the compound so we just simply cross the street 1min walk to Tropikist Beach Hotel where they pool is amazing and nature like with a waterfall and a swim up bar. In Tropical treasures the colours all matched the ware items the room and curtains was all magnificent. My stay was very comfortable and it was fully air-conditioned and there was cable television only think I missed is I wish it was a big flat screen but say what I'm on vacation. Thanks to Debra our room maid make every effort to have a nice clean environment. There was a wooden deck at the back yard not to big to relax and enjoy the whistling sounds of the birds that visited. If you are lucky you will be able to see one of the Caribbeans well known bird the Humming Bird. At the back of the building that area is for a nice bar-b-que and for relaxation. There is a nice view from the Mater bedroom balcony to see a romantic Sunset. Tropical treasure location is easy access when I mean easy access to anything food, casino, beach, groceries, especially airport. I would recommend Tropical Treasures to anyone. You have the choice of making your own dish or purchasing meals either Tropikist of you can take a walk out the street. Thank you for reading. I am sure you will have a awesome vacation after visiting Tropical Treasure apt 5. A little tip apt 5 is recently renovated and the only apartment with a wooden deck with benches behind!

“A place for great family fun.” My sister and I took her six children all under the age of twelve and they had a blast. The pool was safe enough for the children since the deepest point was 5ft, they enjoyed all the board games and the beds were very comfortable. We had to piratically drag them away for them to see more of the island, and even then they were eager to get back, they did not want to leave when it was over.

“Marbago....can you get much better? We think not!” Marbago…where do we start? Having met Alan and Marta on a previous visit to Tobago and been lucky enough to visit there wonderful residence for sunset drinks, we enquired if we could rent the property for a week after our wedding? “Of course!” was the response. What a place to escape to after the craziness of a wedding day! Set in beautiful botanical gardens and with a commanding view of the Sisters islands, it really has to be the best spot in the Island. Whether on rising to the bird song at dawn or sipping a rum punch as the sun slips below the horizon, the floating veranda really evokes a feeling of being ‘King of your Castle’….you have to see it to believe it. The property itself is conveniently laid out Chalet with all mod cons (air con in the bedroom was especially welcome). The entire front can be opened up with well thought through bi-folding door system creating a wonderfully airy open plan set up. Highlights to note: Kitchen: you can tell Alan and Marta are in the restaurant business as the Kitchen was a joy to cook in! All the utensils you would every need are available and the island hob and prep area makes a good focal point. We ate in more than we did out! Dining Area: a wonderful annex dining room made for wonderful romantic dinners and the anti-bug netting proved respite from the sugar bees at times! Tropical Jungle Shower: besides the view, this really is the piece de resistance! An open air shower, wall lined with tropical plants really does make you feel as though you are in a shampoo advert….a lovely experience. All the advice Marta left for us was fantastic and even as Tobago veterans, allowed us to explore places we hadn’t been before. We will definitely be returning! Chris and Michelle

“Wonderful and Relaxing” We spent a week at Dolphin Villa and can't say enough good things about both the house and the owners, Kelvin and Marilyn. From the moment we reserved, and then arrived and were met at the airport, until we checked out, Kelvin was Mr. Service, and always ready to respond to any request. We throughly enjoyed relaxing by the huge pool, or enjoying all the beautiful birds from the hamock. We used the kitchen for preparing the majority of our meals, so we could eat on the patio by the pool.Don't pass up this jewell, or the chance to meet and get to know the owners.

“Tobago - beauty and the beach” Tobago - the warm heart of the Caribbean -offers something for everyone, from the busy southwest to the rainforests in the interior. The island is truely a beach-lover`s paradise. Living in Edel and Stein Foss` apartments named Pride of Courland is highly recommendable. The apartmens have very high quality and are situated close to the Great Courland Bay/Turtle Beach. The garden contains many exotic flowers and trees and a luxurious pool area. Parts of the year you can pick bananas, coco nuts, passion fruit and mango in your own garden. The friendly service from Carla (cleaning), Malcolm (gardener), Steve (rental agent and airport transfers) and Washy (car rental) contributes to mind mirth.

About Tobago

Tobago makes up half of the tropical island paradise of Trinidad and Tobago, a beautiful rainforest- covered jewel in the blue waters of the Caribbean. Every year, visitors come from all over the world to experience the breathtaking natural wonders of this tiny nation, as well as the lively culture and fun, festive atmosphere of Tobago's busy streets and markets. This is the perfect destination if you're planning a romantic escape or an exotic family vacation.

Get the most out of your stay in Tobago by booking a luxury vacation rental. In the morning, watch the sun rise from your oceanfront villa's balcony and enjoy breakfast in your gourmet kitchen. Then wander downtown to explore museums and historic sugar plantations, Tobago shopping and dining, world-class Tobago golf courses, and trekking adventures in the mountain wilderness. After a long day of fun activities, retreat to your apartment rental and host dinner for your family and friends. In Tobago, a vacation rental of your own is often less expensive than a hotel and can keep you within easy reach of your favorite attractions. A condo rental can also offer all the room you need to store your outdoor equipment and beach gear.

Here are a few additional suggested activities for your trip:

  • Hike the trails of the Tobago Forest Reserve: This protected rainforest area was established in 1763 to combat deforestation by British settlers, and is considered the oldest nature preserve in the western hemisphere.
  • Go snorkeling and scuba diving: Maracas Bay and Pigeon Point Bay offer access to teeming underwater reef systems, home to a huge variety of colorful fish, stingrays, and sea turtles.
  • Play on the beach: Englishman's Bay and Castara Bay are two of the most popular beaches in Tobago. Go swimming, experience Tobago sailing, build a sandcastle, or just soak up the Caribbean sun and relax.
  • Spend an afternoon the spa: Indulge in total head-to-toe pampering in a world-class Tobago spa.
  • Take a tour of Fort George: This preserved historic fort was once built as a British colonial outpost. Come here to learn more about the history of this island nation.
  • Take a dolphin watching tour: Join a chartered boat tour and head into the deep waters to see these playful creatures interacting in their natural habitat.

You'll never run out of fun, inspiring, and exciting things to do in Tobago. And no matter what time of year you schedule your visit, you'll have no trouble finding the perfect vacation rental that offers all the luxury amenities that you and your family need. While you're here in Tobago, schedule some time to explore the natural beauty of Trinidad as well.

Amazing!!!! I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever; from the time we arrive until we left Gillian was an amazing host. The fully furnished apartments are a home away from home with all basic necessities included. There's mango, banana, grapefruit, and other fruit trees steps away from your door. Also it's minutes away from the town center. I will definitely be staying there next year as well.see more

Scenic sunsets and convenience.

This 3 story townhouse was comfortable and well represented on the website. It was a short walk to the pool or beach - short enough that there were no complaints from the children. We saw beautiful sunsets from the balconies and from the fort just on the corner. The air conditioning worked well, beds were fairly comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Owner was forthcoming with water shortage issues, but we were never without water/hot water thanks to her preparedness with water tanks. We would gladly stay her again.see more

Wonderful!!!!

If you are a nature lover, then this is the perfect spot to sit back and re-energize. This is by far the most relaxed vacation rental I've had. The property is as described but more open and inviting than one could imagine. Nature surrounds the home. Views of the sea or mountains are easily seen from any area in the main house. We first booked in Castara to be close to the Blue Food event, and had reservations in Scarborough for the rest of our stay in Tobago. The kitchen is well-stocked for ALL types of cooking. We used the grill several times to bar-be-que, while we played games poolside. Mr. Jango was very helpful in answering questions and getting the items we couldn't find on our own. He also made sure the pool sparkled for our daily use. Thanks to Adam who came to our rescue when the ATM machine failed. He checked on us periodically, to ensure our comfort. We decided to extended our stay to the last minute. So instead of saying goodbye, We'll be here for the next few nights. Already making plans for next year, and this time we'll be prepared: 1: Get cash before heading to Castara. (limited funds in the only ATM machine) 2: Collect grocery items as well, since there are limited supplies in the shops close by. 3: Make sure you rent a car and come with a full tank of gas. 4: Finally, save additional days to stay over, you'll fall in love with this place.see more

A Great Natural Get Away Location

If you are looking for the perfect "fake" Resort get away, with satellite TV, air conditioning, strategically placed palm trees and swim up bars, then this is not the place for you. However, if you are open to staying in a quaint local house that is true to the area in design and feel, and natural vegetation, than this is a nice choice. We were welcomed by the owners Steve and Rita whom we saw regularly with a warm hello, conversation, and offers to help where needed. The staff, Lookup, Sophie and her husband Nyon were always there with a smile and helping hand as well. Nyon even drove us around the island on a few occasions and we enjoyed our conversations with him. He was insanely accommodating, even when we did not make it home from Sunday School one night, he picked us up the next morning without hesitation. The house is close enough to whatever you need, food, groceries, beach. It is on a hill, but all of the village is. Even though there is no air conditioning, each bed has a fan, and we found that sufficient. We enjoyed eating and visiting out on our deck, or with other guests staying below. It’s not a hoity-toity , fancy new resort type location or house, but it is certainly nice, quaint, and comfortable with a friendly atmosphere, that suits the village visit perfectly!see more
