With superb views of the turquoise ocean, the fabulous Villa Cacao is the perfect destination for discerning holidaymakers looking for privacy and luxury. Nestled up in the lush tropical hillside of Toiny in St Barts, it’s a stunning choice of for a vacation.
Beautifully decorated in an up-to-date style, you can expect high-end design and décor throughout. With fine furnishings and lovely pieces of furniture, it’s a truly spacious villa. Ideal for either families or couples looking to holiday together, you’ve got four superb bedroom suites on offer.
Two of your bedrooms are next to your living area. The third bedroom has direct access to the terrace, whereas the fourth bedroom is in its own dedicated area underneath the villa. Ideal if you want to have your own space, it also has a kitchenette, its own living area, with an outside dining area too.
All of the bedrooms have superb views of the ocean, and have king-size beds, in addition to lovely ensuite bathrooms. Air-conditioning is included for your comfort.
As for your living space, this is a roomy area which is ideal for relaxation with your loved ones and friends. You’ll find comfy sofas here, and you can make the most of the fabulous ocean vistas. You’ll enjoy the fantastic kitchen too, which is fully equipped with all of the mod cons that you’ll need. It also has a mini bar and an ice maker; with the kitchen catering for up to 10 guests.
Outside, your fabulous terrace is the perfect place to relax and make the most of your vacation. You can choose to relax in the heated pool which is surrounded by comfy loungers. There’s also a superb dining area; perfect for enjoying al fresco meals.

We have been on island since 2005 and have our own local concierge and representative on island Premium IV St Barts Concierge Services for airport assistance, car rental, boat charter, private chefs, and anything else you can think of.

“St Bart”
Villa was beautiful and Pierre was so great! We loved our stay. The only issue was the mosquitos. Even with spraying they were still everywhere.
